A light-bodied white wine is the perfect addtion to brunch or a mid afternoon catchup session with friends!

I'm really drawn to transparencies right now and this empty wine bottle kept me company in my studio in Orquevaux, france for a couple of weeks. Initally bc I hadn't taken it to the recycling, but then as it sat near the window seal, the light coming in started dancing through the bottle and showing off the array of greens hidden when a bottle is full of wine and in dimly lit space - where it lives most of it's life. Funny how even after we feel like we've given our all, there's still some beauty left!

I hope you enjoy these chartreuse and olive brush strokes and textures in 'Bordeaux Blanc - ii' in your home as much as I enjoyed bringing it to life in Orquevaux, France! I hope it continues to share beauty - even after the wine is long gone.
