General: All artwork, images and other content on this site are under copyright and the sole property of Taylor Black Designs. Images may not be copied, published, distributed or sold without written permission by Taylor Black Designs.

If you would like to feature my work on your blog, magazine, or website, first of all thank you! Please contact me first and be sure to include a credit specifying that I, Taylor Black, am the artist in addition to providing a link back to the source of my image.

Online Shop: My work is available for sale on my online shop as original artwork, art prints, and other products. The sale of an original illustration, art print, or other item does not transfer rights of any kind to my images. I retain the rights to reproduce any and all artwork I make, the buyer may not reproduce the artwork in anyway without my written permission.

Commissions: I accept custom requests on a commission basis for an agreed upon fee. Unless otherwise outlined in the Artist's Agreement for the commissioned project, I retain all rights to the commissioned work. Even if the client purchases usage rights for an additional fee, I still retain the right to use all artwork created on a commission basis for the purposes of promoting my work. Promotion includes but is not limited to sharing my work via my website, portfolio, and social media.

PAYMENT

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,  and PayPal are all accepted through my online shop.

SHIPPING

Processing: Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order in addition to shipping time. Processing time may increase during high volume months of November and December.

Shipping: Orders shipping depends on size, weight and distance. Most orders will ship United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex. USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail will be used depending on the weight. First Class mail usually arrives 2-5 business days* after processing while Priority mail takes approximately 1-3 business days* to arrive after processing. All U.S. orders will receive tracking info after the order has been shipped.

Prints:  

  • All prints are handled with the utmost care - carefully packaged in paper or plastic sleeve with a Taylor Black Designs info card.

  • Prints 11x14 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer while prints 16x20 and larger are mailed in a tube.

  • Shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail (usually arrives within 1-3 days within the US)
