My love of citrus knows no end. While there were only touches of citrus around the Chateau in Orquevaux, France through desserts, lemon infused waters, and hints in a few vin blancs, a citrus treat is my happy place (view Looking for Lemons collection).

The weather has warmed up and we're welcoming brighter flavors on tables - inside and outdoors. 'Citron -i' will bring a sense of freshness to a space and is sure to make you feel energized and curious - hopefully transporting you to a memory surrounded by good friends and warm breezes!

This piece was the first piece I painted at the Chatuea d'Orquevaux Artists and Writers residency and it feels like a bridge from previous work into this new technique I'm building with transparent illustrations and contrasting textures.

*This artwork is painted on unstretched canvas, meaning it is not mounted on a wooden frame. It will be carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube. Shipping unstretched artwork gives you control over final display to choose custom framing/stretching options that suit your space best. Frame the artwork flat to see the rustic edges, or take it to your local frame shop and have them stretch it for more crisp edges! (this is very common framing technique - they will take care of your vision!)
