I came across this perfect combination of style, texture, and history walking around town. I’m no historian, but after some quick clicks on the google machine, this building is thought to be one of the only Regency-style buildings in town vs. the well-known eight architectural styles throughout Charleston: Colonial, Georgian, Federal, Classical Revival, Gothic Revival, Italianate, Victorian, and Art Deco. I love that no matter the architectural style, a Charleston Green window frame, door, or window box accent is verrrry likely!
